Sea View Villa offers luxury B&B accommodation in the bustling harbour side village of Lynmouth, Devon. Enjoy a peaceful stay in this elegant Grade II listed Georgian home with its magnificent views of the North Devon coast.

The five luxurious bedrooms, most with en-suite facilities, are wonderfully decorated and furnished for all your needs. All have colour TV/video and CD radio alarms.
The showers are powerful and hot water plentiful, and the luxury Egyptian cotton bed linen and fluffy bath sheets enhance the comfort of your stay.

Homemade bread is a speciality with the hearty English breakfast, plus a selection of breakfast alternatives on offer which include smoked salmon, Eggs Benedict and a vegetarian option. All dietary needs can be catered for.
Hampers can be ordered by arrangement which offer sandwiches made from freshly home baked breads and panini, a selection of cheeses, yoghurts and fresh fruits, accompanied by a choice of wines or hot beverages.
After a day exploring enjoy an evening meal and a quiet night in, relaxing in the sitting room with its large open fire.

During your stay, you can pamper yourself with some of the health & beauty treatments on offer. All consultations are carried out in the comfort of your room and include treatments such as manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, facials and massages.

Out and About

Your hosts are happy to arrange for Discovery Safaris to take you out to the moor and show you the real Exmoor. Your driver/ranger is extremely knowledgeable and entertaining and will provide you with a lively, informed commentary whilst taking you around in an air-conditioned Landrover Defender. The safaris have a mixed itinerary with places of interest and historic sites being visited, as well as viewing wildlife and the stunning scenery of Exmoor.
This scenic part of Devon is ideal for walking, including the famous Two-Moors Way and the Valley of The Rocks. Enjoy bike riding and horse riding across the moors, also popular for bird watching and its flora, while the coast is ideal for surfing and water sports.
For the less energetic the country lanes and scenic coastal routes are exceptional, as are the many villages and towns of Exmoor with their churches, gardens and own history to tell.
